Authentic Balinese Cooking Class in Organic Farm with Market and Rice Field Tour

We are delighted to introduce our cooking class program to our guests. Our cooking experience aims to showcase Bali's rich heritage and culture.

Led by Iluh, who is an exceptional chef, she and her team will guide you in creating authentic Balinese cuisine. This promises to be a unique and special experience for our guests.

The class will commence with a pick-up from your hotel or the designated meeting point, followed by visits to the traditional market, a Balinese house compound, an organic farm, and a rice field. The day will culminate in an engaging cooking session.

Upon completion of the cooking session, we will provide transportation back to your hotel or the meeting point.

Regular Class

• Base genep (Balinese Complete Bumbu/spice)
• Opor ayam (Balinese Chicken curry)
• Jukut Urab (Balinese style mix salad with coconut)
• Sate Ayam  (ckicken satay)
• Sweet and sour Tempe
• Tum ayam (Balinese-style steamed Chicken mixed  and wrapped In banana leaf)
• Dadar gulung (Crepe fill  with coconut and palm sugar)

Vegetarian

• Base genep (Balinese complete Bumbu/ spice)
• Opor tempe (Tempe and Tofu curry)
• Jukut Urab (Fesh mix of Vegetable and coconut)
• Tum tofu (Tofu mixed with spice and vege wrapped in banana leaf)
• Sweet and Sour tempe
• Dadar gulung (crepe fill with Coconut and Palm sugar)

Programa

• 8:00 AM: Pick up at the hotel or meeting point
• 8:30 AM: Market tour
• 9:30 AM: Balinese compound tour and farm tour
• 10:00 AM: Soup and salad-making cooking session 
• 11:00 AM: Soup and salad tasting.
• 11:30 AM: Making the main course
• 12:30 AM: Tasting the main course
• 1:00 PM: Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
• 1:30 PM: End of the cooking class and ready to go back to Ubud
• 2:00 PM: Back to the hotel or within the Ubud area
