• Gỏi Cuốn – Fresh and delicate rice paper rolls with herbs, vegetables, and a savory dipping sauce, reflecting the light and healthy side of Vietnamese cuisine.
• Chả Cá Lã Vọng – Hanoi’s legendary dish of sizzling turmeric-marinated fish with dill, a cultural treasure enjoyed for generations.
