Mon mari et moi avions prévu cette expérience comme notre dernière escapade à Rome. Elle a non seulement comblé nos attentes, mais les a même surpassées. Alessandro et sa stagiaire, Benedicta, étaient tous deux charmants et très compétents. Les mets étaient délicieux et les vins parfaitement accordés à chaque plat. Chaque accord avait été soigneusement pensé, et Alessandro a partagé avec nous son immense savoir en matière de vins. Comme nous n'étions que quatre, nous avons pu avoir d'agréables conversations et poser toutes nos questions. Ce fut une expérience vraiment inoubliable.

Nous avons eu la chance de dîner chez un couple italien absolument adorable et notre hôte était tout simplement formidable, passant avec aisance de l'anglais à l'italien, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une conversation agréable pendant le repas.

Notre famille de quatre personnes a vécu une expérience incroyable en petit groupe avec Federica. Nous avons commencé par préparer la base de notre gelato, puis nous avons suivi la recette de tiramisu de sa grand-mère. Federica nous a expliqué chaque étape en détail, ainsi que l'histoire et la signification du nom « tiramisu », et pourquoi certains ingrédients étaient nécessaires… et dans quel ordre précis ils devaient être incorporés. Grâce à ses conseils avisés, notre tiramisu était meilleur que tout ce que nous avions goûté auparavant (et depuis). Pendant la cuisson du tiramisu, nous avons savouré le gelato que nous venions de préparer et de congeler : léger et rafraîchissant ! Le cours se déroulait à l'arrière d'un véritable café, avec notre propre comptoir, évier, congélateur à gelato, four et tous les appareils nécessaires. Ce fut l'une des expériences préférées de notre famille, un souvenir inoubliable. Ah, et le café était excellent !

Cette visite était une introduction absolument parfaite à la gastronomie et à la ville de Rome. Notre guide, Luca, était exceptionnel ! Les plats que nous avons dégustés étaient variés et délicieux, et le rythme de la visite était idéal. Nous avions deux enfants avec nous et des options leur étaient proposées à chaque étape. Luca était drôle, divertissant, instructif, serviable et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette visite et Luca comme guide !

Cette excursion est incontournable lors d'un séjour à Rome. Vous dégusterez une multitude de plats romains délicieux et savoureux dans d'excellents restaurants, tout en explorant différents quartiers de la ville sous un angle à la fois historique et contemporain. Marica est une guide fantastique qui a rendu cette expérience extraordinaire.

Quelle expérience incroyable ! Sylvia était une guide exceptionnelle et le chef, un vrai bijou ! Nous avons passé un moment formidable et c'était comme être entre amis. Excellentes conversations, je recommande vivement !

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Federica, notre guide touristique exceptionnelle, sympathique et compétente, rien que pour nous. L'expérience a été magique ! Ses informations sur la région des Monts, combinées à ses anecdotes sur la pizza, nous ont fait un bien fou et nous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé. Pizza Romana est sans conteste la meilleure. Terminer cette superbe excursion par une authentique glace italienne était la cerise sur le gâteau ! Merci encore Federica, nous avons adoré !

Giulia était géniale ! Elle nous a emmenés dans plusieurs endroits différents et nous a expliqué les spécificités et les bases de la culture du café en Italie. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et a été une excellente guide !

The instructor was knowledgeable, passionate and fun. We learned both the history of Tiramisu and made pear gelato and tiramisu from scratch that was divine. We are back from our vacation and planning to make gelato today and tiramisu for New Year's Eve.

Anastasia led us through the Monti neighborhood on a wonderful pizza adventure. We tried three different types of pizza with three flavors of each. Our favorite was the fried pizza but the Roman style was delightful as well. Our guide was such a pleasure and was kind enough to make many other recommendations that were amazing in Rome. Highly recommend.

Don't miss this memorable evening and wine education. All was excellent including our guide. Great time to making new friends in a wonderful atmosphere .

Federica was wonderful. She is warm, charming and very knowledgeable about the nuances of making gelato and tiramisu. I am almost 80 years old and had a great time and learned a lot. Thank you

Alessandro was an in incredible guide who taught us so much about pairing wines and the distinct areas of Italy each came from. The food was perfect. Loved our experience and made our trip all the more memorable.

All of the experience was phenomenal! The personable staff and wonderful food were the best experience in Italy so far! My friends and I cannot recommend this experience enough- between the helpful hints in our food ventures (or misadventurous turns) and the laughs shared over seemingly endless wine, the time will remain to be my highlight in Italy!

WOW - this cooking class was so fun! We highly recommend it for a unique experience while in Rome. There were a lot of laughs and of course, there was wine to enjoy while you cook. Don't miss the chance to join the chef in the kitchen when the meal comes together!

Overall we really enjoyed the tour. It was a nice break from more intense sightseeing in the hot sun. Walking was easy and the desserts were tasty. Never had granita before and really liked it. Tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to chat with. Company was very nice to deal with when making our reservations and they accommodated a few special food restrictions with no problems. Would have liked some “behind the scenes” access to be included as part of the tour.

I really enjoyed this dinner and wine pairing. I learned a lot. The host was extremely friendly and educated. The food was excellent and the restaurant was beautiful. I would do this again

What better way to push through jetlag than with an espresso tour?! The espresso and food were delicious and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about not only the tasting experience, but in offering us helpful tidbits about the city. She taught us how to order espresso (a process I didn't realize would be so different from the U.S.!); that there were 2500 fountains all around Rome that offered free, clean drinking water; and relayed interesting cultural backstory about the statues and piazzas we passed. This guidance helped make our experience throughout the week so much smoother and more pleasant than it would have been. We ended up getting to try espresso prepared three different ways, two kinds of gelato, and a tiramisu. Our guide was so accommodating: The tiramisu place had sold out of it by the time we got there and she quickly ordered us tiramisu-espresso (bonus!) and booked us at another shop that made excellent tiramisu as well. Friendly, exciting, tasty way to start the week!

We had a private tour with Daniela. Daniela was the BEST! So energetic and fun. She was knowledgeable about Art History and the Caravaggio wine tour was very interesting! Great night with Daniela. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time with Daniela and other lovely people. An intimate situation for a time travelling with a good glass of wine in hand ! Caravaggio has no secrets for us anymore and we can't wait to have another experience with our host ! We highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys a good wine tasting in a cozy environment while learning about a massive piece of Italian artistic history.

We had a really wonderful time, meeting awfully nice people who made us feel welcome at once. The wine was very tastefully and we learned a lot about Caravaggio, his life and the time he lived in. Also the location was really fabulous. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in wine, culture and meeting other people and we'd definitely book a tour again, when being in Rome.
