Relaxed Vietnamese Cooking Class with Market Tour and Homemade Wine Tasting

At our fun cooking class, we'll bring back authentic Vietnamese cuisines. 

The class will start with an inspiring market tour. You'll head back to the Indochina villa, which has flower trellis that is more than 30 years old. This place provides a warm and welcome setting for food lovers from around the world to learn about famous Vietnamese dishes. 

The small classes (1-10 people) are held in a traditional kitchen and will be led by professional and certified chefs. This real hands-on experience will make you feel amazed by what you can do in the kitchen. You'll cook 4 main dishes and that will be enjoyed after the class with seasonal homemade flavored rice wine. Hand-on dish preparation is one of our highlights. Vegatarian and vegan options are also available!

After the class, full-color cooking books will be sent to your email. That way, you can enjoy cooking at authentic Vietnamese dishes at home and remind you of the time in the kitchen. Surprise your friends and family at home with an amazing and long-lasting souvenir from Vietnam!

Let’s see the Sample Menu for our best iconic 4-dish menu that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi:

1. Nộm Hoa Chuối/Banana Flower Salad.
2. Bún Chả/ Obama Noodles - BBQ with rice noodles and Dipping Sauce.
3. Nem/ Vietnamese Fried Spring-rolls: taste the best couple of Hanoian cuisine, Nem and Bún Chả.
4. Cafe Trứng/ Egg Coffee (or Chocolate) (or another dessert with coconut cream and bean/corn for vegan)

Don’t worry if you prefer a vegetarian/vegan meal, veggie versions are available!

Our kitchen is not a professional school but rather a cultural hub offering an authentic local cuisine experience. We aim to provide you with a cozy and comfortable cooking environment, much like being part of a family.

• 9:00-9:15 am: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 9:30 am: Market tour to explore the ingredients of Vietnamese cuisines
• 10:30 am: Make 4 recipes together like an authentic Vietnamese family and listen to our cultural stories 
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy your creations with seasonal flavored rice wine
• 1:30 - 2:00pm: Cooking Class ends and get dropped off at your hotel (in the Old Quarter)

Afternoon class

• 3:00-3:15 pm: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 3:30 pm: Market tour to explore the ingredients of Vietnamese cuisines
• 4:30 pm: Make 4 recipes together like an authentic Vietnamese family and listen to our cultural stories
• 7:00 pm: Enjoy your creations with seasonal flavored rice wine
• 7:30 - 8:00pm: Cooking Class ends and get dropped off at your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
