このクラスについて

Unleash the secrets of Local Cuisine! Sharp your cooking skills, learn, eat & have fun! Our Chefs exclusively fluent in English teach classic Vietnamese dishes as well as contemporary, excellent, Hoa Tuc signature recipes.

The market tour will introduce you the local ingredients and purchase a selection of them for your cooking class. For a fun and warmer atmosphere participants cook all together with our Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques.

You will discover Vietnamese kitchenware to cook and enjoy a tasty 4 courses meal. MSG and Knorr powders/enhance flavors are of course forbidden! We will adapt the menu to vegetarians or for people with food allergies.

We can also cater up to 45 pax for big private group bookings. Feel free to contact us for more information.

TUESDAY

Bò Lá Lốt: Grilled beef with lemongrass wrapped in betel leaves with Nuoc Mam dipping sauce and rice noodles.

Gỏi Gà Bắp Chuối: Banana blossoms salad with

chicken & vegetables, in a banana tree flower.

Thịt Kho Trứng: Caramelized pork and quail eggs simmered in fish sauce, sugar, and coconut water with home made pickles.

Chả Giò: Fried spring roll with pork & mushrooms. Nuoc Mam dipping sauce.

Gỏi Gà Bắp Chuối: Banana blossoms salad with chicken, vegetables, in a banana tree flower.

Bún Thịt Nướng: Fresh rice noodles with marinated BBQ pork, raw vegetables and fresh herbs. Kumquat and Nuoc Mam dressing.

THURSDAY

Canh Chua Tôm: Sour soup with prawns, pineapple, tamarind paste & okra.

Xôi Chiên: Sticky rice fritter stuffed with pork and carrot with soya sauce.

Bún Chả Hà Nội: Pork patties with lemongrass, signature dipping sauce and fresh rice noodles.

Dessert: surprise !

FRIDAY

Bánh Bèo: Steamed rice cake topped with savory shrimps, mung beans, and crispy shallots, served with home made dipping sauce.

Gỏi Ngó Sen: Fresh lotus stems salad with prawns, pork with prawn cracker.

Phở Gà: The iconic chicken noodle soup

SATURDAY

Gỏi Cuốn: Fresh spring rolls with prawns, pork, fresh herbs and rice noodles. Peanut dipping sauce.

Gỏi Gà: Green mango, pepper elder, baby spinach salad with marinated chicken with sate.

Bánh Xèo: Crispy rice flour pancake with pork & prawns and soy sprouts.

SUNDAY

excellent and informative cooking class

Great trip around the market and all my questions answered. Then a chance to cook and eat three delicious dishes - real hands on cooking, full sized portions! Don't eat before you go - although I did take some of mine home with me to eat later! Great instruction, brilliant set up - loved it.

Interesting and delicious!

We had the cooking class in a small group of 9 people, which was really nice. There was a lot of attention for all of us, and the English was perfect! In addition, we enjoyed three dishes that we are already excited about cooking them at home. Thank you for the great experience!

Very good experience

The market tour with the guide/chef was very interesting. Then the cooking class is very well-organized and it was a pleasure to follow it. All the staff of the cooking studio are lovely 👌🏼

Amazing

Loved the tour of the markets and learnt a lot about the herbs and fruits of Vietnam. The food we cooked tasted amazing.
