Taste the Sorrento Coast in a 4-Course Cooking Class

Together, we'll prepare four delicious courses of traditional Italian and Neapolitan delicacies.

Our “primi” (or first course) will include a typical Sorrento gnocchi or the famous local ravioli. These dishes are a "must-have" on our tables, especially on Sundays.

You will learn to make the pasta dough from scratch, kneading and shaping it, before creating the perfect sauce. This hands-on approach to learning means you will get real practice under the expert guidance of our chef – and can be proud of what you’ve made at the end!

During the lesson, our chef will guide you to success and show you the best cooking techniques and secrets to selecting fresh ingredients.

Antipasti:

First Course:

• Braciole - Rolled stuffed Steak
• Fresh Fish in Potato Crust

Morning Session:

• 10:30 am - Meet the chef at the villa 
• 10:45 am - Start of cooking class
• 11:45 am - Tour in our garden to pick the last ingredients
• 1:00 pm - Enjoy lunch and taste the food you prepared
• 2:00 pm - End of cooking class

Afternoon Session:

• 5:30 pm - Meet the chef at the villa
• 5:45 pm - Start of cooking class
• 6:45 pm - Tour in our garden to pick the last ingredients
• 8:00 pm - Enjoy dinner and taste the food you prepared
• 9:00 pm - End of cooking class
