Delicious Japanese Cooking with Bento Box

このクラスについて

In the class, we will make many Japanese dishes together. You can select from a few options but we'll have a great time wrapping dumplings. I choose organic and no-additive ingredients as much as possible. 

When we're done cooking and eating, we will make bento boxes with the leftovers. We can also go to a supermarket to get the specific items we used afterward if you want.

*We have vegan and vegetarian options as well. Please mention dietary restrictions when booking.

You can choose dishes as follows:

• Option 1: Boiled dumplings, mapo tofu, rice, and miso soup, etc.
• Option 2: Boiled dumplings, twice-cooked meat, soy pulp nuggets, edamame rice, miso, etc.
• Option 3: Salt-flavored ramen and fried dumplings. 
• Option 4: Temaki sushi. 
   

You will make a bento box with leftovers.

It will start at 11:00 am or 5:00 pm for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
