This 4-hour experience combines a hands-on cooking class in Rome with a visit to one of the city’s most popular gourmet food shops, where you’ll enjoy delicious local tastings.

Under the watchful guidance of Chef Angela, alongside an English-speaking food enthusiast, you’ll sharpen your culinary skills while uncovering the secrets behind authentic Italian cuisine. During this 3-hour cooking class, you’ll dive into real Italian food culture—from everyday dining habits to the stories that bring each recipe to life.

You’ll learn how to prepare classic Italian specialties such as spinach and ricotta ravioli, four-cheese gnocchi, and tiramisu. The class takes place at Il Segreto, in a spacious, modern kitchen used daily by the restaurant’s professional team, providing the perfect setting for a truly hands-on experience.

Local wine and soft drinks are available throughout the class. You’ll be welcomed with homemade snacks and a glass of prosecco to begin. After preparing each dish, you’ll sit down with Chef Angela and the group to enjoy the food you’ve cooked while listening to the stories behind the recipes. Lunch is paired with a D.O.C.G.
