The private class offers a special experience, providing an entire space just for you, with the flexibility to customize the program based on seasonal ingredients. Riccardo personally guides you through traditional Italian recipes live, right from his Grandmother's kitchen in Rome. He imparts his passion and natural talent for Italian cuisine, leading you step-by-step through your chosen recipe.

Alongside classic fresh pasta dishes, you can opt to add a dessert to the menu, learning to make treats such as tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli, or a chocolate cake from Capri. Additionally, you can learn to make fabulous potato gnocchi or cook delicious risotto, allowing you to explore a variety of famous Italian recipes. Riccardo will guide you through a unique journey, encouraging you to experiment and try new things.

• Apron and all necessary equipment for hands-on participation in the class
