What an amazing experience at Tra Que Garden Cooking School in Hoi An!

Our family of five had an unforgettable time learning to prepare some incredible Vietnamese dishes using the freshest ingredients picked straight from the surrounding gardens. 🥭🥕🌱 We made a delicious fresh salad, crispy Vietnamese chicken and prawn bánh xèo (pancakes), fresh prawn and vegetable spring rolls, and they went above and beyond to cater for our vegetarian daughter with tasty tofu and mushroom alternatives. ❤️ As if that wasn’t enough, we were also treated to a generous meal of rice, chicken, aubergine (eggplant), and morning glory, all perfectly paired with ice-cold Huda beers. 🍺😋 Set down a peaceful laneway amongst the working vegetable gardens of Tra Que, the whole experience felt authentic, relaxed and incredibly welcoming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% a must-do when visiting Hoi An! Whether you’re travelling as a couple or with family, you’ll leave with full stomachs, new cooking skills, and wonderful memories. Highly recommended! 🙌🇻🇳 Thank you !

Fun and Authentic Cooking Experience in a Beautiful Garden

The cooking class at Trà Quế Garden was an experience we thoroughly enjoyed. It was interesting, easy to follow, and very fun. The garden setting is beautiful and adds a real bonus to the activity. The explanations are clear, making learning traditional dishes accessible to everyone, even beginners. You learn while having fun, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It's a perfect activity for discovering local flavors in an interactive way. An excellent place that I highly recommend.

Peaceful Setting and Wonderful Cooking Experience

This is an oasis, in the middle of this beautiful vegetable farm, peaceful setting with really nice food that you can make yourself in an interesting cooking class just for you…and so easy to reach by bike (avoid the main road as there are quite roads to get there. And really nice people!
