このコースでは、典型的なパスタ料理3品と、それに添える典型的なソース、そして食後のデザートのみを題材としたレッスンを提供します。
ワインの試飲が含まれています。レッスンの最後にはレシピをお渡ししますので、ご自宅でも料理を再現していただけます。

スケジュール
- 午前10時45分：料理学校でのミーティング
- イタリアのパスタを北から南まで学ぶクラスは、火曜日、木曜日、土曜日の午前10時45分から開催され、所要時間は約3時間です。クラスでは、野菜ソースを使った手打ちパスタ3品とデザート、水とワインをご用意しています。レシピはクラスの最後に配布されます。
- 遅刻に関する規定がございますのでご注意ください。ご連絡なく15分以上遅れて到着された場合は、欠席扱いとなり、授業への参加はできなくなります。

We had an exceptional experience. 8 family members participated and it was everything we had hoped!

Eat Pasta Run FASTAAA!
The course is very enlightning znd easy to follow. There were only a few of us. The atmosphere is very good and the food even better!

Fantastic and fun
We highly recommend this class! We learned so much not only about making pasta but also practical knowledge about cooking. Francesco was friendly and engaging as well as highly knowledgeable with a genuine desire to share that knowledge. Our class size was small (5 total), so we felt included.

Very good
It was educational, fun and even in German. You were divided into small groups where you could still learn everything. For us vegetarians, even one pasta with a meatless sauce was served. So just great

Fabulous
Very well organised. Catered for all levels of cooking skill. Provided some really handy tips. Staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming and had a good style of delivery. The duration and pace of the class was perfect keeping everyone engaged whilst ensuring people had the opportunity to learn and also ask questions.
And of course the food we made was delicious.
