The capital of Vietnam is a bustling city filled with rich history with centuries old architecture and culture, reflected in Hanoi’s old quarter. In our offered cooking classes you can learn about authentic Vietnamese food, with most of our classes offering a local market tour where you will be able to pick out your own ingredients, which you will use to cook with. With Hanoi’s close proximity to the countryside, we also offer classes in which you can help with farming and get fresh organic ingredients from the farm to cook with.
