Following the market visit, return to our cozy kitchen in Hanoi’s Old Quarter for a hands-on cooking session. Guided by an experienced and welcoming local chef, you’ll prepare a variety of classic Vietnamese dishes using authentic techniques. The class focuses on practical skills such as knife handling, flavor layering, and food presentation, enabling you to confidently recreate the recipes at home.

Suitable for all skill levels, the experience features step-by-step instruction, engaging demonstrations, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. After cooking, gather with fellow participants to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared, fostering warm conversation and cultural exchange.

• Walk to Yen Thai Market, passing by the historic Yen Thai Communal House, a National Historical and Cultural Relic.
• Explore the local market, observe daily life, and learn about fresh Vietnamese ingredients and their possible substitutes.

2. Hands-On Cooking Class

• Return to the kitchen for a guided cooking session led by an experienced instructor.
• Prepare four classic Vietnamese dishes:
  • Fried Spring Rolls (Nem Ran) – a festive national favorite.
  • Papaya Salad – a refreshing balance of sweet and sour flavors.
  • Pho Rolls (Pho Cuon) – delicate rice noodle rolls with savory fillings.
  • Mixed Pho (Pho Tron) – a flavorful variation of traditional pho noodles.

3. Vietnamese Egg Coffee Experience
