About
In this cooking class, you will not only learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes but also get to visit the local wet market. After first choosing three dishes from the chef's suggestions, we will head to the market to select all the ingredients necessary for the dishes you chose. This will also be a chance to learn about Vietnamese ingredients and culinary culture.
Once back at the restaurant, the chef will guide you through cooking each dish. We will also prepare an egg coffee, a delicious Hanoi specialty. After everything is ready, we will all enjoy the dishes we cooked. If you are vegetarian or vegan, let us know and we will make sure your dishes meet the dietary restrictions.

Morning session
- 9:00 am: Meet at your hotel or our restaurant

- 9:15 am: Go to the local market to purchase ingredients
- 10:00 am: Go back to the restaurant for preparing and cooking for 2 hours
- 12:00 pm: Enjoy your lunchtime with us
Afternoon session
- 2:30 pm: Meet at your hotel or our restaurant
- 2:40 pm: Chose your dishes from the chef's suggestions
- 2:45 pm: Go to the local market to purchase ingredients
- 3:30 pm: Go back to the restaurant for preparing and cooking for 2 hours
- 5:30 pm: Enjoy your dinnertime with us
