Under the guidance of our passionate chef Antonio Aiello, you'll learn how to cook the regional vegetable-based dishes from Naples and Sorrento.

In our cooking class, you will learn all the secrets to creating iconic southern Italian dishes at home with confidence. We'll reach you how to prepare traditional family recipes based on fresh seasonal produce from our trusted local suppliers. We will sample ingredients before preparing delicious vegetarian dishes, in order to to understand and experience the importance of their quality.

After cooking your delicious veggie creations, everyone will feast on their dishes together in a family-style meal. Local wine will be offered.

The class is perfect if you are are an adventurous foodie, curious couples or a families with kids (we're experts at making them feel comfortable and welcome in the kitchen!).

"Fantastic Seafood Cooking Experience!"

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Held in a charming kitchen in the heart of Sorrento, the class offered an intimate setting that was both educational and entertaining. Our chef was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about seafood, guiding us through the preparation of three exquisite dishes. We began with a refreshing seafood salad, followed by a flavorful seafood pasta, and ended with a delicious baked fish with a citrus twist. The hands-on approach allowed us to learn various cooking techniques and tips that are easy to replicate at home. The class also included a tasting session with local wines, which perfectly complemented our dishes. This cooking class is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their seafood cooking skills and enjoy a memorable culinary experience in Sorrento.

The class took place in a beautiful kitchen right in the center of Sorrento, which added to the charm of the experience. Our chef was not only a master of seafood cuisine but also an excellent teacher who made the process enjoyable and accessible for all skill levels. We started with a visit to the local fish market, where we learned about selecting the freshest seafood. Back in the kitchen, we prepared three mouthwatering courses: a succulent seafood risotto, perfectly grilled calamari, and a delicate lemon-infused fish fillet. The chef's passion and expertise shone through every step, and by the end of the class, I felt confident in my ability to recreate these dishes at home. The class was so enjoyable. Antonio was informative and entertaining he made the night a lot of fun. I wish he were my cookery teacher at school as I would have enjoyed those classes and learned a lot more about cooking! The meatballs and tiramisu we made were delicious and I can't wait to try making them again at home. To sum up Perfetto! You must take this class.
