You are all warmly invited to my Tuscan Kitchen Studio, a professional culinary space nestled in an ancient farmhouse—my cherished retreat in nature where I indulge in the joy of cooking!

Alternatively, if you prefer, I can bring the culinary experience to your home or chosen location, complete with the tools and utensils we'll use throughout the lesson.

This cooking class revolves around Italy's age-old tradition of homemade pasta. Some pasta varieties have roots that stretch back to ancient times, even to the Middle Ages.

I'll introduce you to some of the oldest pasta shapes and guide you through the creation of two pasta types and a delectable dessert.

Throughout the class, we'll craft the Traditional Basil Pesto and Tomato Sauce, perfect complements to our two-course Pasta Lunch!

For those with dietary preferences or restrictions, rest assured that Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free options are readily available upon request.
