Our family of 4 had great time, making pasta, pizza, gnocchi and tiramisu. Francesco and Patricia are wonderful teachers and welcoming hosts.

A Michelin-starred experience in your own living room! I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Chef Francesco, who accomplished a nearly impossible feat. Despite my last-minute notice, Francesco accepted the challenge with timeless professionalism and availability. Here's why I highly recommend him: Ability to adapt: ​​Organizing a dinner at home in such a short time is not for everyone, but he didn't bat an eyelid, taking care of every detail as if we'd been planning the event for months. Food quality: Simply sublime dishes. You can taste the exquisite selection of ingredients and impeccable technique. Each course was an explosion of flavors, presented with an elegance worthy of the finest restaurants. Service: Francesco isn't just a "cook," he's a true host. Discreet, meticulous in his work, and capable of conveying his passion for cooking while explaining the dishes. He was truly brilliant: he transformed an ordinary evening into an unforgettable event, saving the day with a unique touch of class. We also tried his cooking school in San Casciano dei Bagni, a wonderful cooking class immersed in nature, making pasta and enjoying excellent drinks, followed by a beautiful dinner. Thanks also to Villa Vetrichina, the property where the cooking school is located. Thank you, Chef, see you next time for sure!
