In this course, you will learn not only how to make Tempura also make traditional Japanese Dashi (soup stock) which supports wide variety of Japanese dishes!
STEP1: Learn about the history of Tempura and Japanese food culture
STEP2: Learn about how to make traditional Japanese stock and flavor for "tempura dipping sauce" and for "soup".
STEP3: Try "KAZARI-GIRI" to decorate your soup bowl
STEP4: Making Namasu (pickled veggie salad)
STEP5: Making Tempura
STEP6: Place the dishes, along with chopsticks.
Let’s say “Itadakimasu”, then enjoy eating!
