There are many different types of ramen on the market. Most of them are made of pork, beef, chicken, or seafood. In this activity, we are going to do something a little different. All of the ingredients for making Ramen are vegetables. Without using any sort of chemical seasoning or animal ingredients, we can still achieve a rich and creamy taste. Furthermore, we will also make our noodles from scratch. You will learn to make healthy noodles in a very short amount of time using very little physical strength.

Sho and his wife are amazing. He teaches you step by step how to create this popular Japanese comfort food, while explaining how to make it healthy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Osaka. He speaks english very well and is able to explain everything in english. The setting is also very inviting as he built the kitchen to look like a home kitchen. Very fun experience!
