What to Expect
The class is designed to give guests of the Agriturismo the possibility to know the culture of the Sorrentine Peninsular and the Amalfitan Coast. We will welcome you with homemade drinks and cakes once you will get comfortable the activities will begin with the tour and picking our seasonal organic vegetables, here you will learn about local produce, when they are ready to use, and how to use them in the kitchen.
After the tour, we will head to the kitchen where our self-made chefs will follow you in making dishes that are part of the long-lasting tradition of the Pane family.
At the end of the activities, you will receive our booklet with all the info and recipes made during the class and more. To make sure that you will be able to replicate the same if it's not better result at your home.
Not finished yet, the very end of the class will be enjoying your creations on our patio accompanied with our locally made wine.
