What to Expect

Visit a famous estate in the Brunello region and discover how wine is born, scenting aromas and flavors that vary each different day. This amazing winery in Montalcino opens its doors to curious travelers.

Discover 600 years of history through the Castle with its courtyards surrounded by a frame of Brunello vineyards. A one-hour tour through the castle, cellars, and vineyards, ending with a tasting of Brunello in the historical courtyard of the guard. The tour starts from the ancient main entrance to visit the entire walls of the castle and reach the bridge of Baldassare Peruzzi, early sixteenth century, and the Chapel of the Virgin of the Veil still containing the relic of the fragment of the veil of Virgin Mary. The central part is the noble vineyards and the ancient medieval cellars. The visit ends with a selected tasting of our wines paired with local snacks. Get ready to toast with your old and new friends!

Beautiful grounds and wine.

Lovely winery in beautiful grounds(1441 old castle) was a last minute decision as there is many options in the region but with more complex tastings, but this one was just right, winery itself is no older than 25 years but age doesn’t define this wine, our oenophile guide was a gentleman with perfect English, we were lucky as we were 3 and tour was quite exclusive ☺️, highly recommended!

Informative of not only the vineyard but also the surrounding area.

Many vineyards required a minimum of 2 guests which as a solo traveler was not accommodating to my situation. This vineyard offered flexibility for a tour in a beautiful castle setting.
