What to Expect

Explore the Largest Market in Bangkok for Thai ingredients, and take the TukTuk ride to the school, then Cook authentic Thai dishes.

With this experience of 3.5 hours class, you will learn Authentic 4 Thai dishes, techniques that are adaptable for your kitchen with 99% hands-on experience, and the standard recipe is provided. We’ll make the curry paste from scratch!

We offer the food dietary that suits you, vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and food allergies. The experience shall be conducted mainly in English with extra 2 languages provided (ภาษาไทย and 中文), meeting new friends from around the world in a fun and exciting atmosphere. You’ll love it!

The Morning Class with Market Visit (08.30am-12.00pm):
08:30 am: Meet at the meeting point (Late arrival after 08:40am meet us at the school directly)
08:40 am: Explore local market, pick up the fresh ingredients, then back to cooking school by Tuk-Tuk
09:15 am: Introduction to vegetables, rice, herbs
10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
10:30 am: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
11:00 am: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry baste from scratch)
11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish

Fun, Tasty & Accommodating

We had a great time and learned so much about Thai cooking in this class. The dishes we made were full of the freshest ingredients. Each dish was a different flavor and in every dish they accommodated our dietary preferences and restrictions. It was awesome! I had been worried we wouldn't find a place that could accommodate this for us. Look no further! Plus you can go to the market with the morning class and have a tuk tuk ride to the kitchen from the market.

Wonderful with kids!

We had a fantastic experience at this class. We were participating as a family of 4, our kids are 10 and 13. We all loved walking through the market first and getting inside information about the produce we were seeing and would be cooking with. The tuk tuk ride was short from the market to the cooking school, but super fun in the busy Bangkok traffic. We hadn’t done a tuk tuk ride yet, so this added to the adventure. The setting for the class is a lovely space, well decorated, peaceful and cool. Our instructor explained not only what to do but also the why behind the elements of Thai cooking. It was totally approachable for the kids, but interesting enough for seasoned cooks like my husband and I. This was a wonderful addition to our time in Bangkok. I fully recommend d it!

Delicious and informative!

We really enjoyed the morning market tour, and learned a lot about the local ingredients. The tuktuk ride to the school was a lot of fun. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious and with very generous portions. We can’t wait to try cook these recipes back home! :)

We had a fabulous time and learned so much more than we expected!

Pim and her staff were fantastically welcoming, fun and interactive. We visited the market, learned so much about Thai foods and fruits and Pim was a great speaker. A fast and furious Tuk Tut ride later, we were at the school which was fully equipped and spic and span! We learnt about four dishes, the ingredients and then we cooked them - fabulous! Pim forwarded the recipes and thanked us for our participation. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family who come to Bangkok!!
