From October to December only, in the elegant surroundings of the Jewish Ghetto near Piazza Mattei, you will take part in a private culinary experience focused on one of Italy’s most luxurious ingredients: truffle.
You will be welcomed into a private setting where your chef guides you through a hands-on fresh pasta masterclass. Working with seasonal truffle, you will learn how to create simple but deeply flavorful Italian dishes, where technique and ingredient quality matter more than complexity.
Throughout the experience, carefully selected Italian red and white wines are served, creating a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere from start to finish.
This is not a standard cooking class. It is a seasonal, limited-availability experience designed for those who want something truly special during their time in Rome.
