I’m Lua, a top chef. I've hosted about 3000 guests from around the world for 6 years.

I specialize in authentic and healthy home dishes, with high quality ingredients. I can tailor traditional menus to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant or special diets, etc.

An experience in my cooking class is not just about cooking and eating home food but also about spending time together to talk, share stories about business, traveling experiences, lifestyle and cultures.

• Chả giò - Fried spring rolls with chicken/pork
• Bún cá - Fish noodles soup
• Mì xào bò - Stir-fried noodles with beef
• Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls
• Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads
• Cơm tấm - Grilled pork and broken rice
• Cá kho - Braised fish
• Thịt kho - Braised pork
• Gà sả ớt - Chicken with lemon grass

We can prepare plant-based versions of the following dishes:

Schedule

• Arrival at the cooking school.
• Presentation of all ingredients and equipment slated for use.
• Start of the hands-on cooking session.
• Indulge in the culinary delights crafted during the class.
• End of the experience.

• Open daily, and the time can be flexible. Please reserve in advance and contact us with your preferred schedule.
• Market visits can be arranged upon request for an additional fee (please contact us if you would like a market tour).
• Guests will cook the same menu together in a home-style setting (no separate stations for each guest).
