During this hands-on class, you'll step into the shoes of a sushi chef, molding and presenting nigiri sushi with finesse. Learn essential techniques for shaping and plating sushi attractively. We're confident this experience will equip you with the skills to recreate delicious sushi at home, sure to impress your loved ones.

Programme

• 8:30 am: Gather at the entrance gate of the Adachi fish market.
• 9:30 am: Depart from Adachi fish market and travel by train to the nearest station to our shop.
• 10:00 am: Arrive at Tawaramachi station on the Metro and proceed to our cooking class, taking a leisurely walk along Kappabashi kitchenware street.
• 10:30 am: Take a short break. You can relax at our shop or explore Kappabashi kitchenware street until the class begins.
• 11:00 am: Sushi class begins with an introduction to sushi and preparation techniques.
• 12:30 pm: Indulge in the sushi you've crafted yourself.
• 1:30 pm: Class concludes.
