Excellent cooking, learning new styles of causa, and sauces of Peru.

This was a unique and fantastic way to experience a new culture. It was not just a cooking class but an immersive experience in Peruvian culture. Cesar was energetic and funny guiding us through the local markets explaining the fruits and foods we were about to prepare. We had fun learning to cook and eat classic Peruvian dishes and fruits. I highly recommend this tour, ask for Cesar as your guide.

We had a great Peruvian experience. We visited the local market and saw the fresh produce, meat and fish. We were given choices on the menu. The cooking class was fun and we tried local fruits, different kinds of potatoes and sauces, verbiage, cause, lomo saltdo, and chicken and rice. We learnt so much of the culture and had fun. The city tour was also great and showed the older colonial side of Lima

Very fun and energetic guides. Funny and kind and definitely made the experience more special. Lots of food- fun drink options. Also the tour was cool and they were knowledgeable. Also got a fun little bit Peruvian gift at the end… this class was definitely a highlight of the trip. I liked that they were lots of courses. My guides were Ceasar, Paloa, and Joesp(h). 10:10 recommend! The tour was a cool way to learn and then do! Immersive and educational on culture. We also got fun hats and aprons- I didn’t get that at other classes.

Highly recommend this experience! Chef Ruth is a gem! Sous chef & tour guide Jose did an incredible job! Second time doing this class, we visit at the market, had a potato experience, learned about different exotic fruits & made traditional Peruvian dishes which we then enjoyed for lunch! Delicious!

We learned a lot about Peruvian fruits and vegetables, we cooked an amazing meal under the guidance of Silvana and Marco. Overall, great experience.

I loved every aspect of this class. The tour of the markets was informative and exciting. Caesar, our guide, was well-informed, friendly, and fun. Our cooking class was a great experience. Chef Ruth was lovely and guided us through the process. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Fab experience, highly recommend!

We loved this walking tour. It felt special and intimate and into little markets that I probably would not have visited. I also appreciated how they broke out the food we were trying from the different regions. I'd highly recommend this! :)

Philip our guide and chef David were great. From hotel pickup and drop off to Shopping at the market and prepping and cooking a great meal, it was all very professional and well worth it!!

A perfect class with David and Alejandra. Well located, the kitchen is nice. We have learned more than cooking a ceviche and a pisco sour. It is a real opportunity to exchange about Peruvian food, the products and the way of life. In a very good mood !

The food & fruit on the market was already delightful. Tasting all these special fruits was even more special. Also the preparation of the ceviche and the aji de gallina was very educational.

One of the best. My parents are doing a world tour for their retirement and this is by far the greatest adventure we had together as a family. We love being traditional and and we love cooking. We loved the relaxed atmosphere with no dull demo's. It was such an hands on experience. It was an authentic Peruvian experience. The chef was very knowledgeable and the staff were all friendly. Highly recommended!

I loved that there was an early class option. The chef David and the Guide Pamela were great. The Market tour was fun. Fruit was delicious. The class was organized and hands on! My class made ceviche and Lomo Salgado, both were delicious!

Learned a lot, shopping in the market a highlight also, two guides/chef were very nice and helpful, supportive, and educational.

The cooking class with Haku tours was amazing. I was picked up at my hostel and we went to a beautiful market first where we were shown many fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and seafood. After, we went to prepare two traditional dishes which were very delicious. We also tastet different potatoes, peruvian fruit and snacks. The guide and the chef are to lovely and very friendly people and the atmosphere was super. We were only two guest which made the class very interesting and personal.

We really enjoyed the tour. Would recommend anyone who is interested in learning about Peruvian food and culture, definitely check it out .

The whole thing was very informative and it was great to hear about the history and cultural significance of what we were making.

The food was out of this world! I was blown away by the Pisco.
