Come to Hidden Hanoi to enjoy more than just a Vietnamese cooking class. Our explanations about Vietnamese dining culture and guided market tour will give you great knowledge about the place food takes in Vietnam's culture.

The cooking class is completely hands-on and will last for 2 hours. At the end of the class you will be able to enjoy the deliciousness of what you have prepared.

Seafood menu:

• Fresh Rice Paper Spring Rolls with Prawns
• Prawns with Sweet and Sour Sauce
• Green Papaya Salad
• Sour Fish Soup

Monsoon menu:

• Cabbage Rolls Filled with Pork and Mushrooms
• Claypot Stewed Chicken with Lotus Seeds and Mushrooms
• Banana Flower Salad
• Green Wasabi Leaves Soup

Street Food menu:

• Fresh Bun Noodle and Mixed Herb Salad
• Nuoc Mam ( Fish Sauce ) Soup with Green Papaya and Carrot
• Marinated and BBQ’d Pork
• Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Village menu:

• Water Spinach Salad / Seasonal Vegetables
• Claypot Stewed Eggplant with Pork
• Fresh Water ClamsTofu with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Vegetarian menu:

• Fresh Organic in Season Vegetables
• Vietnamese Mixed Vegetable Curry
• Fried Tofu
• Charcoaled Eggplant

I Love Pho menu:

• Fresh Pho ( Vietnamese Rice Noodles ) Wrap and Roll with Beef and Herbs
• Quay Nong ( Bread to Eat with Pho )
• Traditional Pho Broth
• Pho Bo ( Beef Noodle Soup )

10 am Session

• 9:50   am: Meet at Hidden Hanoi, don't be late the group leaves at 10 sharp
• 10:00 am: Market tour
• 11:15 am: Welcome drinks & introduction to Vietnamese dining culture
• 11:30 am: Cooking class
• 1:30   pm: Lunch & dessert
• 2:00   pm: End of course

3pm Session

• 2:50 pm: Meet at Hidden Hanoi, don’t be late — the group leaves at 3:00 pm sharp.
• 3:00 pm: Market tour
• 4:15 pm: Welcome drinks & introduction to Vietnamese dining culture
• 4:30 pm: Cooking class
• 6:30 pm: Lunch & dessert
• 7:00 pm: End of course
