Also, we're food lovers, who have eaten Vietnamese street food since childhood, we can share with you a shortlist of hidden gem places you can't find anywhere else.

Learn how to use fresh, local - high-quality only ingredients. We'll guide you through the art of balancing flavors, a cornerstone of Vietnamese cuisine, using both traditional and modern techniques, as well as tips & tricks to choose fresh ingredients, and alternate components from your country for the dish.

Each class is a maximum of 6, we want to keep quality over quantity, to make sure you get the best outcome, our dishes must be delicious, "so so" dish is not an option.

Vietnam is gluten-free heaven, most of our dishes are gluten-free, also you can also request for vegan/vegetarian courses.
