Great fun & Invest in 6hours learning deep Knowledge about thai cusine. Thanks to the whole Team for an unforgettable experience. Absolutly recomended.
A very welcoming experience. Akkapak Buayah was our Thai chef. His love and passion for traditional Thai methods came through at every step. We learned so much. I literally could not recommend this enough
I really enjoyed the lesson, improved my knowledges and the meals we cooked were very delicious! I liked our Chef:) He explained everything very well. I would recommend this course to anybody who wants to learn how to cook really locally:)
From the pick up at my hotel til the end, every moment of the class was enjoyable. The chef was funny and told during the visit at the market a lot about the different spices and ingrediënts. The cooking school is a lovely place to chop en stir the food. When you’re at Koh Lanta, plan de class in! Even when you’re not really into cooking. It’s a wonderfull way to learn more about Thailand and it’s food.
Awesome cooking class, Noi is the best chef and teacher!
Impressed with how many skills were shared in a short amount of time. Fun, skilled and enthusiastic chef teaching us - unintimidating approach, even my non-cook partner picked up a few tricks! Will definitely be back!
Professional, fun and excitations. Would recommend anybody to do this while on Lanta!
It was amazingly cool! Such a great experience - thank you to Noi and his team!
Excellent class with a lot of fun as well!
Cooking class was very good and we got very good instructions on the basic principles of making Thai food. The best part, of course, is teacher Noi who was very funny and we laughed almost the whole time of the class. There are lots of joking but still, Noi gave good instruction when we started making our own dishes and making sure that everything goes safely and correctly. Both dishes succeed very well and give us the courage to continue making Thai food when we are back in our home. The most important thing is also that all of the profits of that course goes for a good purpose for animal welfare. We are going to recommend this course to our friends who are going to travel Koh Lanta. Thanks for the class! Best regards! Jaakko and Alina
We had a really cool market tour and got a really interesting explanation about ingredients and how important they are in Thai cuisine. We went back to school and got a delicious drink and then we started cooking! Our teacher is the coolest ever, funny, nice and very professional. I was so happy we chose to do this course! Thanks again
The combination of entertainment and learning about Thai cuisine was great fun and useful at the same time. Noi at Time for Lime is quite unique, would book with him again anytime. Highly recommended!
My family and I had a blast! The experience we had together was surreal. We got the chance to book this cooking class as family and it was very intimate and heart-melting. My mom knows how to cook but everyone else in the family know nothing but this experience brought us closer and taught us a lot of lessons esp about food and culture. Cooking while seeing the clear blue beach and the breeze from the open kitchen. We were given a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and aprons. Staff were very organized. Best part, experiencing Thai culture through people and food with your family.
Noi was friendly and joking between the course. He explained very well the secrets of Thai cooking. Hope I can use it at home but i'll need to buy things in the asian shops. Also, I have 2 things to suggest: recipes should be written in bigger letters and 1 welcome drink or a bag should be included for this price. Regards - Gisela
