In this class, you will experience authentic ramen cooking and gyoza dumplings making with the Ramen chef.

The chef, Yoshi Shishido, owned Crescent Ramen in Sydney Australia, and accumulated experiences at some famous Ramen shops in Tokyo, Hayashida, Takahashi and etc.

 Our ramen chef instructor comes with a wealth of experience, having run restaurants abroad and trained in renowned Japanese ramen havens. • Activity Details: For this experience, we've got everything set up, from the soup and ramen sauce to the fragrant oil and chashu. First things first, we'll craft semi-soft boiled eggs. Then, we'll dive into prepping ramen toppings, followed by slicing and combining the ingredients for our gyoza, which we'll then deftly fold. After that, we'll infuse the chashu with its delightful flavors and sizzle up the gyoza to perfection.
• The grand finale includes crafting the soup, boiling the noodles, and the oh-so-cool noodle draining technique that never fails to impress. Finally, we'll artfully assemble the toppings onto the ramen. Trust me, learning the ins and outs of ramen creation will undoubtedly deepen your love for this dish.
