Lots of fun cooking paella and making sangria in the countryside of Valencia. Our hosts were warm, friendly, funny, informative and very entertaining. The included transportation from the city to the farm was very helpful. This will be a lasting memory!
The best part was Milo as a host. He explained and demonstrated everything well and incorporated the participants in the process. To top it off, the paella was absolutely excellent!
Host and Chef Rafa was both professional and engaging. Location about 30 min outside Valencia added to the experience. Translation by Julieta was friendly and perfect.
We learnt so much about how to get the best out of the products without using too much spices. And how to get a feeling to temperature. Patricio is an excellent chef and teacher, we had much fun and the small class (7 persons) was perfect! Thank you so much!
We learned to make 4 dishes and were also informed about which olive oils to use and what is considered to be real paella. A fun and tasty 4 hours.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our cookery class. The chef was very knowledgeable and engaging. We learnt how to make all the dishes with lots of cookery tips that will be helpful back at home. The meal was delicious!
Claudia was the best person to host us and guide us through this cooking class. So fun, Cosy, Delicious!
We had a great time learning how to make Paella from Rafa. He was a very engaging and funny teacher, and the translator helped us understand every detail (and joke!) The food was amazing, and of course the sangria!
Loved the setting , going to the market and buying the ingredients was a great experience . Hugo and his team are really good and know how to create a good experience for everyone . The food was delicious which added extra value for the experience . 100% recommending
The venue was amazing on the rooftop. Maxime had everything prepared and ready to go. We learned so much about the dishes we cooked and he used herbs from rooftop garden. He gave great culinary tips. We had fun making the dishes and delighted in eating each course.
Sonia was very kind and professional. We enjoy and eat very well.
ONe of the best coking clases I have done. Would love to receive the recipes!
This cooking class surpassed my expectations! The visit to the market and the preparation of the dishes added a layer of richness to the overall experience, making it incredibly enjoyable. Juan, our instructor, was exceptional, providing clear guidance and making the learning process fun. The class size, consisting of around 11 students, was ideal for fostering a sense of camaraderie and allowing everyone to engage in the cooking process. We enjoyed the opportunity to learn and connect with fellow participants while savoring the dishes we created. One of our favorite experiences of our trip to Spain!
It was a time to truly enjoy Barcelona. I learned how to select fresh ingredients and cooked with the ingredients I chose myself. I also had a great time eating sangria and paella with the people who made it with me. Thank you for giving unforgettable memories.
Edward did a great class. We've done at least 6 classes in different cities and this was the best. Easy to follow, fun, not rushed, and plenty of food to enjoy. We even we're able to take home leftovers. Also plenty of sangria to drink while preparing or food. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
