Authentic Cooking at My Grandma's Home Cooking Class

Start the course with a boat trip to an authentic Vietnamese village located on a small island on the river delta of Hoi an. Visit the local farmers' gardens to discover the herbs and spices used for Vietnamese cuisine.

You will then be brought back to the school to start the cooking class. After welcome drinks you will learn how to make rice milk and the rice paper used in Nems in the most traditional way. Our professional chef will then teach you how to prepare 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes.

• Fish Prepared According to the Local Recipe

Morning Class

• 9:15 am: Meeting at our office at 57 Ngo Quyen St
• 9:30 am: Boat trip to my family's village
• 10:15 am: Welcome drink
• 10:45 am: Learn how to make rice milk and paper
• 11:15 am: Cooking class
• 1:30 pm: Lunch
• 2:15 pm: Boat trip back to My Grandma's Home Cooking
• 3:00 pm: End of course
