Hi, I'm Jolie, founder of Jolie Cooking Class. Together with our passionate local team, we welcome travelers to discover the authentic flavors and culture of both Da Nang and Hoi An. Inspired by family recipes and generations of home cooking, our hands-on experiences combine delicious Vietnamese cuisine with genuine local hospitality. Depending on the experience you choose, you'll explore local markets, enjoy Vietnamese coffee, cook traditional dishes, and connect with everyday life in Central Vietnam. Our goal is for every guest to leave with new cooking skills, meaningful cultural memories, and a true taste of Vietnam.

Relaxing and fun class

We cooked 4 dishes: Banh Xeo, Eggplant, Salad, Beef Pho. All of them are very delicious. The atmosphere is very nice because we play 2 games and the staff are very cheerful.The environment is clean and neat. Before the class, we also enjoyed guava juice, coconut jelly, durian and avocado ice cream at local traditional coffee shop. And, the staff brought us to Han Market to choose and buy ingredients. By the way, if we can choose to wear shoe covers / sandals

It used to be our 10th year wedding anniversary so we decided to spent some quality time together. We got Jolie cooking class and we’re very pleased with it! It was very fun Informative to dive into Viet cuisine, definitely an unforgettable experience. Would recommend it easily.

It was unforgettable experience.

Ahead of the Da Nang Tour with my mom I looking forward cooking class cause i like cooking. I find this cooking class and very interest with to visit organic garden and market tour. I'm not good at English, but I have no problem communicating with 'Jolie families' Rosie, Bamboo, Blue are so kind and energitic. I feel comfortable during cooking class. And they are composed of vegetarian dishes for me as a vegetarian. It was so thankful. I'm back from a trtip and this class is the most I missed in Da Nang.
