About

Our cooking class provides a great experience in traditional Vietnamese cooking and culture. you will explore the colorful variety of Vietnamese markets by sounds, eyes, smells and taste to see real daily life that shapes the contours of colorful Vietnamese cuisine.

The course spends five hours includes colorful Central Market Trip, cooking, enjoying our meals, relaxing in our garden, and learning about Vietnamese culture as well.

1. Starter (choose one)

• Taste of Central Highlands with Fresh or Fried Spring rolls
• Stuffed shiitake mushrooms
• Traditional Vietnamese pumpkin soup 
• Banana salad (with chicken or pork ear)
• Vegetable and crab soup 
• Stuffed cabbage soup 
• Color soup: khoai mỡ

• Phở - Traditional Vietnamese Noodle Soup 
• Phở Bò: Beef Noodle Soup
• Phở Gà: Chicken Noodle Soup

• Bún Rêu Cua: Crab Noodle Soup
• Bún Thịt Nướng: Grilled pork on charcoal with noodle)
• Bún Rêu Chay: vegetarian Noodle Soup
• Stir-fried chicken with lemongrass and chili
• Stir-fried abalone mushroom with lemongrass and chili (vegetarian)
• Stir-fried beef with lemongrass and chili 
• Beef wrapped with guise leaves 
• Stuffed tomato with meat 
• Stuffed bell peppers
• Tofu wrapped with guise leaves (vegetarian)
• Stuffed mushrooms cooked in soya sauce ( can be vegetarian)
• Steam fish with coconut sauce 
• Chicken curry 
• Beef curry
• Shrimp curry
• Stuffed tofu with tomato sauce (can be vegetarian) 
• Tofu wrapped with guise leaves (vegetarian) 
• Fried tofu with tomato sauce(vegetarian)
