Guests say the class takes place on a tranquil island reached by a scenic boat or bike ride, offering a picturesque, authentic Vietnamese village setting. Start the course with a boat trip to an authentic Vietnamese village located on a small island on the river delta of Hoi an. Visit the local farmers' gardens to discover the herbs and spices used for Vietnamese cuisine.
You will then be brought back to the school to start the cooking class. After welcome drinks you will learn how to make rice milk and the rice paper used in Nems in the most traditional way. Our professional chef will then teach you how to prepare 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Meeting point is at the office on 57 Ngo Quyen Street at 9:15am for the morning class and 3.15pm for the afternoon class.
