Flavors of Naples: A Gastronomic Journey through the Spanish Quarter

With this experience, I want to give you a taste of Naples! My gastronomic tour takes place entirely in the Spanish Quarter, the neighborhood where I was born and raised.

Our journey will be a blend of history, culture, and famous figures from Neapolitan tradition, all narrated by me through the emerging street art of the neighborhood.

During the walk, we will make several stops to taste the most famous dishes of Neapolitan and Campanian tradition, not the touristy ones, just like a local! It's a very special visit where you will come into contact with the true essence of Naples, encompassing culture, history, tradition, street art, and lots of deliciousness.

You'll be welcomed with a little toast and bruschetta with cherry tomatoes. During the walk, you'll get to taste buffalo mozzarella and at the end, I'll offer you a special Neapolitan coffee!

As we continue walking, we'll stop based on your choice (you only pay for what you choose to eat), subject to availability on the day. Examples of a few choices:

• Fried fish
• Seafood salads
• Fried pizza
• Eggplant Parmigiana
• Genovese
• Ragù
• Croquettes and small fried snacks
• Pasta and potatoes
• Friarielli (a type of vegetable)

Schedule

We'll meet at 12:30 for a roaming walk around the Spanish Quarter. During our walk, we'll taste different Neapolitan dishes based on your desires.
