What to Expect

We’ll be using only the finest, high-quality ingredients, many of which are homemade. The olive oil we’ll cook with is produced from the olives harvested from our very own trees, ensuring a rich and authentic flavor. The vegetables we’ll use are freshly picked from our garden, so you’ll be enjoying the freshest produce. Together, we’ll prepare delicious meals during the lesson, savoring every dish we create.

In addition to cooking, you’ll have the chance to taste our extra virgin olive oil, produced using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations. This tasting experience will give you a true sense of the craftsmanship behind our oil.

To complete the experience, we will also sample both red and white wines from our family farm throughout the day, pairing them with the dishes we prepare. You’ll get a full taste of local flavors, with everything grown and made right here on our land.

• 4:00 PM: Class begins with an aperitif

• 7:00 PM: Olive oil and wine tasting accompanied by bruschetta
• 8:00 PM: Enjoy the meal you created.
• 9:00 PM: End of the experience.
