Guided by expert dadas— Moroccan women chefs, guardians of the Moroccan culinary traditions—you’ll learn to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes, from iconic tagines to delicate pastries, using traditional techniques and fresh, local ingredients.
During this immersive experience, you’ll master the art of balancing spices, crafting intricate doughs, and slow-cooking flavorful dishes that capture the essence of Moroccan cuisine. Alongside cooking, our chefs will share stories and cultural insights, giving you a deeper connection to the food you create.
At the end of the session, sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by traditional Moroccan mint tea. Whether you’re a foodie, a traveler, or simply curious about Moroccan culture, this class offers a unique blend of flavor, culture, and hands-on learning.

Our cooking school is conveniently located in the heart of Rabat, near the Goethe Center. As a landmark, look for the "Au Hazard" bar, which is situated right next to our building's entrance. You’ll find a banner with our name at the entrance. Please meet us there, and our team will warmly welcome you and guide you to the cooking studio.
