What to Expect

Begin your culinary adventure with a convenient hotel pick-up at the scheduled time. Once we arrive at the vibrant local market, our expert instructor will guide you through the colorful array of Thai ingredients and herbs, explaining their uses in traditional Thai dishes.

After the market tour, we’ll make a short 5-minute journey to our cooking school, where you’ll have the chance to choose your favorite dish from a variety of options. Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking! You'll spend around 3 hours in the kitchen, preparing and cooking your chosen dish, which you’ll enjoy at the end of the class.

As a special souvenir, you’ll receive a Thai cooking manual and a certificate from our school, showcasing your new culinary skills. When the class is over, we’ll return you to your hotel or another location as arranged.
