Together with one Spritz, which you will prepare yourself. And for children or non-drinking guest participants will prepare their own orange-based mocktail.

Schedule
- Arrive at Our Vibrant Cooking Lab in the lively Ponte Milvio neighborhood — easily accessible and full of local charm
- Meet the Dolce Italia Chefs and kick off the experience with a welcome and introduction
- Each participant will prepare one Spritz and will be able to enjoy it during the lesson. For children and non-alcoholic participants will make their own orange-based mocktail.
- Afterwards, the class will continue as usual with the preparation of the pizza dough, its stretching following the traditional Roman technique, and finally discovering the secrets to seasoning it properly
- Hands-On Pizza Making – learn to knead, shape, and top your own authentic Italian-style pizza
