Start with a welcome spritz, then learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch and shape it into traditional formats such as fettuccine or tagliatelle. You’ll also prepare a delicious seasonal sauce to accompany your pasta.
Once you arrive at Via Trionfale 132, you will find a large entrance door. Please ring the intercom labeled “AZTERI R.” A member of the Locals Food Crew will open the door for you. After entering the building, you will find the elevator on your left-hand side. Please take it to the 4th floor, where the rooftop experience takes place.
