Our Spanish Cooking class highlights the very best from Spain’s rich culinary history along with the most popular Catalan dishes.
All our classes are taught by professionally trained bilingual chefs. We utilize the freshest seasonal ingredients from local markets and farms. The classes provide a fun, social, hands-on experience, where you will be participating in the preparation of the various dishes under the thoughtful guidance of our chef instructors. Our classes are designed for accomplished and novice cooks, and there are activities in the food preparation process for every skill level.
The four course menu is frequently updated to include local seasonal ingredients and consists of classic paella, starter soup, appetizer, and dessert. Our private label premium Rioja red and Galician white wines are served while you enjoy the meal you prepared. All our menus can be adapted to accommodate any food restriction you may have - please advise us beforehand so we plan accordingly.
The meeting point is our school office, located at La Rambla 58 (First Floor).

It was awe inspiring to see how Chef Stefano conducted this class of 12; children, adolescents, & adults! Everyone was involved in the prep, cooking, serving & eating experience while he kept everything moving at a comfortable pace. It was amazing to see how proficient he was at juggling several plates at once, never letting one slip away, or getting flustered. Stefano is a true teacher & people person. Thank you for finding a spot in your schedule for us when our Tuesday night class wasn't feasible.
