The Dinner Deluxe is held from Monday to Friday at 5:00 pm with a duration of approximately 4 hours. It is a four-course dinner including appetizer, first course handmade pasta with sauces, second course meat and vegetables and dessert, including water and wine. The recipes will be given at the end of the class.

Vegetarian option available.

The menus are different everyday. Ingredients are bought each day to provide the best meal we can do for you.

It is a four-course dinner including appetizer, first course handmade pasta with sauces, second course meat and vegetables and dessert, including water and wine. The recipes will be given at the end of the class. Vegetarian option available.

Please note that we have a late arrival policy: If you arrive later than 15 minutes without telling us it will be considered as now show and you can't partecipate anymore at the class.

"4 course dinner"

The class was great Catarina really knew her stuff! She demonstrated techniques and gave feedback when it was the students turn to try. She kept it moving but still made time to answer any questions. I liked that we made a whole meal and got the recipes too. I hope we can replicate it at home. I also liked that we were cooking several dishes at once, like you would at home. The only negative thing was one of the sou chefs really needed a shower. Also I know it’s hard to predict what time it will end but for some reason I thought the class would go until 9 and dinner would be after. I was worried about it being so late.

"Small group and we prepared our own 4 course dinner."

This was well a well-run course but not really a great learning experience for a keen amature chef. It's fine if you don't have much experience of Italian cuisine... but not worth the money for me. There were others who loved it though. It was 5:00 to 8:00pm, not 9:00pm as advertised. Cracking a few eggs and chopping vegetables wasn't really hands on cookery! Naomi, our young instructor, was excellent and enthusiastic...
