Learn how to make Moroccan traditional 3 famous varieties of crepes. Moroccan crepes (Msemen), Galette Harcha (Pancakes), and Batbout( Moroccan pita bread). This interactive baking class will equip you with an apron, all the utensils, and ingredients you need to create delicious crepes from start to finish. The hosts will welcome you to their workshop and guide you through the traditional crepe-making process.

Create a variety of crepes and help prepare traditional Moroccan mint tea to accompany them. Your hosts will provide detailed explanations and techniques to ensure your baking success. Once your crepes and bread are ready, join the hosts in preparing the tasty Moroccan mint tea. The experience also includes the traditional mint tea ritual, where you’ll prepare and cook the dough under the guidance of the Chef.
