Located just outside of Bangkok, our cooking class is totally removed from where tourists normally travel and will give you a look into the real Thailand.
First, we'll take you to visit a wholesale market with vast amounts of produce, meat, and seafood. Our expert chefs will give you a history of Thai food and introduce the key ingredients used in Thai cuisine. We will then travel to Don Wai Market, which is a truly local market known for its wide variety of vegetables, fruit, condiments, Thai desserts, and snacks. At both markets, you'll get the opportunity to taste a variety of snacks and ingredients.
After exploring the market, guests will board our riverboat and travel down the Tha Chin River to our restaurant — and start cooking!
The class is taught by an expert Thai chef. You will be taught a variety of skills, from making curry paste to stir-frying.
Once the cooking is done, everyone will relax in an air-conditioned dining room or the outside deck overlooking the river. Together, we'll enjoy refreshments and the meal you've just cooked.

The menu always included a soup, curry, salad, and rice. And it changes based on what is best at the market and guests can request specific dishes in the comment section while booking.
