Okonomiyaki is a traditional main food from the Kansai region where I was born and raised. It is like a Japanese pizza that is baked with flour, eggs, cabbage with soup stock, and pork, seafood, cheese, and salmon.

Of course, the ingredients can be changed to your favorite ingredients such as bacon and corn instead of pork, or you can add other toppings.

If you are a vegetarian, you can make it only with vegetables. Okonomiyaki can be made with a frying pan, but it can also be made with a hot plate. This time we will make okonomiyaki with a hot plate on the table.

Lunch Session

• 11:30 AM: Pickup at the meeting point. 
• 11:40 AM: Arrive at my home.
• 11:45 AM: Start of the cooking session, and eat what you have prepared after. 
• 1:00 PM: End of the experience.

Dinner Session

• 4:30 PM Pickup at the meeting point. 
• 4:40 PM: Arrive at my home.
• 4:45 PM: Start of the cooking session and eat what you have prepared after.
• 6:00 PM: End of the experience.
