In an incredibly pleasant environment, you can taste different dishes of typical Salento cuisine, prepared with fresh, seasonal products from local and organic agriculture. 

All dishes will be prepared together with our guests 

The aperitif is enjoyed by the pool together with a nice drink. Dinner is served on the veranda in the summer. In the winter, dinner is served in an environment made welcoming by a huge fireplace in the center of the room. 

Children are welcome. Vegans, vegetarians, and lactose intolerants are welcome. At the end of the evening, you can play some good music or relax and chat accompanied by a refined homemade limoncello.

Our venue is designed to be wheelchair and stroller-accessible, ensuring convenience for all visitors. Moreover, musical instruments like the piano, guitar, and saxophone are at the disposal of our guests. Access to the private swimming pool is provided, and individuals using wheelchairs will receive our assistance to ensure their comfort and ease of use.

Starter Mixed Platter

• Salami cheeses and triumph of rainbow vegetables 
• Appetizer served on an olive platter and accompanied by homemade bread and prosecco 

Main 1

• Orecchiette with fresh tomato basil and extra virgin olive oil 
• Fresh pasta orecchiette made with durum wheat flour. The round and concave shape is perfect for the most varied condiments. 

Main 2

• Macaroni with the scent of the sea 
• Maccheroncini topped with mussels and clams, with a Mediterranean flavor 

Dessert 

• Jam tart, one of the classic grandmother's desserts par excellence. 
• Chocolate salami, a dessert made with dark chocolate and soy milk and wholemeal biscuits that resembles a salami in shape
