Grazia Di Giorgio

I am a personal chef & WSet sommelier. I live in an authentical tuscan farmhouse in Siena country side with my husband. In the property we have a nice garden which also provides fresh herbs and veggies for our cooking class experience. As a Sommelier, I like to suggest some wine pairings during our class.

Fantastic cooking class

Grazia was a wonderful host and teacher. We loved learning how to make different types of pasta and sauces -- all of which were absolutely delicious. We were a rather large group but she navigated it easily, encouraging both the children and the adults in the group and making sure everyone had a memorable experience -- both novice cooks and more seasoned ones as well. I highly recommend this class and plan to participate again when we come back to Tuscany in the future!

Like cooking with your best friend who happens to be a chef

We loved our time with Grazia! She altered the menu to accommodate our requests so we were able to learn how to prepare some of our favorite dishes from the region. We were able to use the techniques we learned during our stay in Italy and at home. We especially appreciated the pace that allowed us to participate in and learn each step. We also enjoyed learning about the property and the region. The setting was beautiful. We highly recommend this experience.

The class was great.

We learned how to make two different pastas and two different sauces. Grazia makes it look easy and shared a lot of information with us so we can replicate the recipes at home. The farm house is a great location to learn about making authentic Italian pasta, Grazia is a very good teacher and the wine was not bad either. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend it to others that want to learn how to make paste in a small group at an authentic farm house kitchen.

We couldn't recommend Grazia's dining experience enough!

It was the highlight of our trip to Tuscany. Grazia made the experience what it was, and the pasta she helped us cook was the best we've had. His property is amazing and the landscaping so beautiful. It was a fun and authentic experience. We can't wait to return one day!

A family-friendly atmosphere class!

Grazia was an exceptional host, chef and sommelier. Her and Oscar's house is very comfortable with a beautiful view. Grazia is very talented, but also patient and very sociable. I felt like I was with family. Their dog Amie only added to the comfort and entertainment. We took away new recipes, a great new wine, and a full belly.
