Join us at our Tuscan Kitchen Studio, nestled in the scenic hillsides of Siena, in a charming, authentic farmhouse built in 1720. We primarily use farm-fresh vegetables from our organic garden, along with products from neighboring local farms.

This small and intimate private cooking class is designed to introduce you to the art of handmade traditional pasta. The class is fully personalized, and tailored to your preferred types of pasta.

Together, we’ll prepare the dough, fillings, and sauces for your pasta creations, with personalized guidance every step of the way.

A full meal is included, where we’ll serve and enjoy the pasta you made during the class, accompanied by wine pairings, dessert, water, and coffee.

• Hands-on cooking lesson with 2 different doughs to prepare by hand.
