What to Expect

You'll be welcomed with refreshments on a beautiful panoramic terrace. From there, the guided tour through the stunning organic lemon grove will start. During the tour, you'll learn about the ancient techniques and processing methods for various types of lemons. Extra attention is giving to the Sfusato D’Amalfi lemon — the lemon that made our land world famous.

You'll return to the outdoor dining area to enjoy a fun pasta-making class under the guidance of an experienced chef. In this class, you'll learn how to shape your pasta into different traditional forms. The kitchen staff will already have prepared delicious sauces to go with your creation. The sauces are made from the vegetables grown in the garden without anything artificial. The same goes for the animals. Creating organic and healthy ingredients to enjoy.

Before eating you can enjoy a short walk to the historical center, walking through our old streets and enjoy breath-taking view.

After the class, you'll enjoy your creations in the outdoor eating area accompanied by the locally produced wine and spirits.

Wonderful, memorable and very informative class!

The setting was absolutely stunning (I felt like I was viewing a postcard the entire time we were there), and the food, hospitality, and instruction top-notch. We started off with a tour of the lemon grove tour, which was very informative thanks to Davide's extensive knowledge of the different varieties of lemons and farm animals. That was followed by Roberta walking us very patiently through how to make limoncello and four different cuts of pasta. Our time there culminated with a feast of our plates of pasta served with different sauces and some fried bread, which were all delicious. We also enjoyed some limoncello and white wine. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how accommodating and understanding Roberta and the team were, despite our 45-minute delay in getting there. I didn't know about their car service from the ferry port of Vietri sul Mare and strongly recommend it if you are traveling by ferry. In summary, I highly recommend this course and will be back the next time I travel here.

Lemon Grove Tour and Pasta Making Class

This was such an amazing experience that I would hands down recommend to anybody. Well worth the money. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The tour was very fun and informative, and the grounds were stunningly beautiful. The pasta making experience was very fun and we learned a lot about how to make fresh pasta. The meal that was prepared for us with our pasta was so delicious. We had such a great time learning more about the region and getting to meet some locals while enjoying the food and culture and even got a few sample bottles of Limoncello and a recipe to bring home with us. Would give more stars if I could.
